Perhaps you want to know how many non-working days do you have this year or maybe the dream now vacation days next year. Or maybe you are interested to know which days not to establish business meetings or are days when you will not be able to contact several partners from different countries because of / due to (depends on the situation: D) holidays their national. Regardless of why you are interested in holidays in the world, you can find them very easily with OutlookThe site every day.
A certain part - smaller or larger - from users Outlookacquis tend to Calendar manually enter the national holidays of different countriesBut this will consume very long. A much simpler method that just about few clicks and requires very little time is importing them via Outlook Option.
To import non-working days / national holidays in Outlook 2003 and 2007, Click on Tools on the Menu bar and select Options menu displayed.
Then open Calendar Options
and click on Add Holidays.
In the open window select countries whose national holidays in the calendar you want to import and click OK.
To import non-working days in Outlook 2010 click on Fillet (Top left corner), then select Options the menu.
In Outlook Options, Click on Calendar, again in Calendar Options click on Add Holidays.
Select country to which you want to add national holidays and click OK.
And that's it. The problem of vacation days is solved (at least in Outlook :P) That way you will know in advance what plans to make (or not make) for your non-working days.
