Sygate Personal Firewall Pro is one of my favorite software. This firewall has been running on my system for 2-3 years and I have never had any problems. It is a firewall that does not require many system resources and is very easy to configure, offering protection both against attacks coming from the Internet and LAN (Local Area Network). Unfortunately, this product does not exist anymore and there is no variant adapted for Windows Vista.
