Winamp: Bad DirectSound Drive Error (Fix)
Bad DirectSound driver is an error that occurs on operating systems Windows XPWhen you try to give play to a song. The blame for this error is neither operating system nor WinampSite. It happens often after you install the operating system to be concerned about installing the first player video si audioAnd motherboard drivers, sound and video will be left after all. This order is wrong and most times it is because of the error.
What does that mean? Winamp has detected sound card driver.
Solution:
1. Open Winamp and go to the Options menu -> Preferences. (Ctrl + P)
2. Somewhere in the menu on the left, under Plug-ins, you have a setting for "Output". Click the Output tab.
3. Configuration menu "Output Plug-ins" select "Nullsoft DirectSound Output ..." and click "Configure".

4. In the tab "Device" from "DirectSount output settings" select audio driver. Apply, OK & Close.
Now it should work without problems.
If the list does not show any other driver drivers outside of the selected initial winamp, check the sound card drivers were installed.
