Windows 7 (E) will be released in the EU without Internet Explorer

Microsoft confirmed for CNET the future operating system Windows 7 will be sold in Europe, without internet browser Internet Explorer.
This measure comes after a process UEIn which Microsoft is accused violate competition on the internet browser market. Because surfing is impossible without a browser, OEMSite will have a simple option that the user will be able to and install browserthe free Internet Explorer.

"Given the pending legal proceeding, we've decided that instead of including Internet Explorer in Windows 7 in Europe, we will offer it separately and on an easy-to-install basis to both computer manufacturers and users .. ”

According to Microsoft, Windows 7 for Europe will be released in versions on 64-bit si 32-bit, and the product will be identified by the letter "E”Added at the end of the name. Windows 7 E.  
Windows 7 E will include all the characteristics and functionalities of the operating systems Windows 7, less Internet Explorer, which will remain at the user's free choice.

We do not know how much Microsoft will be affected by this, because most operating systems are Selling (pre-installed) with PCs / laptops, manufacturers having full right beside installing operating system and other Application.
Perhaps next year will buy a laptop DELL with Google Chrome installed instead of Internet Explorer...or a laptop Toshiba with Opera Browser installed default.
