WLinstaller.exe: Catastrophic Failure 0 × 8000ffff

Use some of the applications package Windows Live Suite and do not know why tonight I could not open Windows live Writer. It did not report any errors and I did not make any changes to the system that could have affected this application. It seemed to open normally, but after the "loading screen" (I slipped. I don't know what the hell that thing is called.) The application closed itself. I uninstalled Windows Live Writer and I ran installEr wlsetup-web.exe to reinstall the WLW. Once reinstalled, the error persisted. I can't even use WLW. Specifically, besides WLW, from the wlsetup-web.exe package I had it installed Windows Live Mail yes Windows Live Messenger

I remembered that this was a product that came out recently Beta and I looked for the installer before the version Beta. Ie WLinstaller.exe. 2 error. On installation, I was greeted by a catastrophe:

There was a problem with the installaction.  Windows Live Suite was not installed
System Error details
Code: 0 × 8000ffff
Description: Catastrophic failure

Solution:

1. Uninstall completely Windows Live Suite (via Control Panel). Specifically, if an error occurs in one of the applications in the package, you will need to uninstall the entire suite and return to the old version (by WLinstaller.exe).

2. run WLinstaller.exe and resume installation of all the applications you need.

LE - Totusi in Windows Live Writer.log were reported stuff that does not bother me decipher them. If I help you, see file here.
