Therefore, in order to accomplish this task, we use a free tool sending e-mails command line, namely SendEmail.

  • open Task Scheduler (type: Task Scheduler in Start Menu and give Enter), Then click on the option Create Task the sidebar (right side)

  • in tab Actions create a new share running the sendemail.exe (Download link at end of article): click on the NewThen in the open window, select Start of the program in the right ActionIn the field below Program / Script write location sendemail.exe where you saved the application and in the field of law Add argument write the following line:

  • in tab ConditionsUntick Start the task only if the computer is on ACOtherwise you will not receive e-mail if you have a laptopAnd another user logs on it when the battery.

  • then click on OK and save yourself the task (if you set password for logging in WindowsWill have to enter and save the task).

Then whenever a user will log on computer you, You will receive notification via Gmail.

Note: You do not have to use a Gmail account to login to schedule notifications, but you will need to change the Gmail smtp server information with the provider's SMTP server used by the account e-mail!
