Qik have announced the release Qik for iPhone 3GS. Good news for homeowners iPhone, but this application has some shortcomings.
Qik, should be an application video streaming, And send videos in real-time, Captured by video-camera iPhoneof. Compared to Qik for Symbian S60, Qik for iPhone stores filmultele memory, and then uploaded to Qik servers (Camera Roll). It's like filming normally, and sending the video as an e-mail attachment, from iPhone. As if that wasn't enough, the Qik version for iPhone, does not allow uploading videos except through WiFi. So, if you are not near a Hotspot .... low chances to send the videos.
For now, this is a capture and upload app - not the low latency live video you've become used to with Qik. And for today, this app only works over wifi. But we've submitted an update to the App Store which will have it working over 3G networks, too.

We hope to return with a update to this application, which allows live 3G streaming, and we no longer have to go after hotspots.
