It's a useful thing for those who use email as a means of communication with friends or business partners. Most email systems gives us a Address Book in which to keep our contact list data. Phone numbers, faxes, etc. and especially email addresses. This "Address Book ”is often not to our liking.
One way we keep email addresses and we can quick access when we need it email ShortcutCPC and Hotkeys (Quick access by pressing a combination of keys). Let's see how to create an email shortcut and how can I assign a hotkey.

1. Right-click on desktop and from the menu that opens we choose "Shortcut".
2. In the box that opens write the email address we want to create a shortcut for quick access.
Email should be written as:
mailto: adresaemail@domeniu.tld

3. After you enter your email address syntax, click "Next" and enter the shortcut name "New Internet Shortcut"And click" Finish ".
4. Email shortcut was created.
Double-clicking on this shortcut will automatically open the e-mail client you use (Outlook, Windows Live Mail, Mozilla Thunderboard, etc.) and the address of the recipient "To:" will be automatically filled with the one indicated by you.

shortcut Key
This option allows you to quickly access a file or an application, by pressing a combination of keys simultaneously.
1. Right click on the created shortcut and select "Properties"
2. In the tab "Web Document", Click on the field where it says" None "(next to"shortcut Key“) And choose a key to create the quick access combination.
For the example above we choose the key "S".
Keys “Ctrl"And"AltWill appear automatically.
3. 'Apply”And“ Ok ”.
After following this last step, whenever you want to send an email to the address in the shortcut, you just have to press the keys simultaneously "Ctrl +Alt+S", And the email client will open automatically.
