To create a custom light scene, open the app Philips Hue then tap the "Home" button at the bottom of the screen (most of the time, the app already opens in this section). Then select a room or area, touch the plus sign icon and select “Use photo"Or"Create custom scene".
In my tutorial, I chose to create a custom light scene for the living room, where I have: ceiling light Flourish Hue, table lamp Philips Flourish Hue, two bars Hue Play.
So, to customize light scenes in the Hue app, press the option "Create custom scene“, Then choose a name for the new lights scene.
Next up are the scene settings, where you can choose which color each smart bulb in the system will light up in Philips Hue, light intensity and dynamic mode (mode in which the light bulbs will dynamically change to the set colors for the newly created scene).
When you're done, press the "Save” at the bottom of your screen and select the scene to start using it.
In the example above, I created smart light scene "Living Purple” where I chose shades of purple, mauve and complementary colors. You can create as many scenes as you want, with different colored lights, and you can choose which bulbs (chandeliers, ceiling lights, desk lamps) are part of the scene.
